We are running regular group training sessions in 4 week blocks. 

Males and females, we do males only females only and mixed group, We try and schedule them around your lifestyle, so offer different start times, different days and run 3-day-a-week or 2-day-a-week blocks,

Monday - 45 mins

Wednesday - 45 mins

Friday - 45 mins

Monday & Wednesday


Tuesday and Thursday

45 minutes each day
