Welcome to BC Fitness.

Hi my name is Ben Crawshaw and I’m the owner and director of BC Fitness.

My passion is to help males and females level up their mindset and their lives. Whether it will be for fat loss building muscle or even lifestyle coaching. This is so they can lead a productive, happy and fulfilling life.

The biggest reward for me is showing people what is achievable with the right guidance education, support network and someone having their back taking out all the guesswork and frustration so all we have to do is implement and get the results they deserve.

Over the last 12 years, I have created the body of knowledge I have today and continually strive to learn and be the best I can be so I can help you achieve what you thought wasn’t possible I’ve helped hundreds of men and women transform not just their bodies but lives and I want to help you too.
